New headquaters for the groupe Adecco France: DCB International delivers the Adely building complex, owned by ANF Immobilier, Crédit Agricole Assurances AND DCB Partners
DCB International announced the delivery of the brand new headquarters of the Groupe Adecco France, in Lyon’s Carré de Soie district. Completed in record time, only one year after the first stone was laid, the complex was delivered in the presence of Christophe Catoir, Regional Head of Adecco Group in France, ANF Immobilier representing investors and Didier Caudard-Breille, founding Chairman of DCB International.
Adecco’s teams will start to move into their new premises in mid-November and the move should be completed by the end of the year.
NEW HIGH-QUALITY HEADQUARTERS FOR THE LEADING PROVIDER OF HR SOLUTIONS
Developed by DCB International and designed by architectural firm Sagittaire Architecte Associés, Adely is a contemporary new showcase for the Adecco Group in France. Composed of three inter-linked buildings of two to four floors and two basement levels, Adely will house over 900 employees of Groupe Adecco France by the end of 2016. This new environment will provide the historically Lyon-based company with a more modern setting, combining workplace comfort and wellbeing. All of the Group’s Lyon-based support departments, as well as the subsidiaries headquartered in Lyon (Adecco DO Est Sud, Adecco Medical, Adecco PME, Adecco Onsite, Adecco Training and Spring), will now be based on this site.
A SUSTAINABLE, CONTEMPORARY COMPLEX IN THE HEART OF THE CARRÉ DE SOIE DISTRICT
Located on Rue Legay in Villeurbanne, in the heart of the Carré de Soie district, Adely will provide Adecco employees with a contemporary and sustainable work environment, featuring superb work space, as well as a large landscaped park covering half a hectare. Built in the heart of Lyon’s 4th biggest business district, this real estate project was entrusted to the property development firm DCB International by its investors, ANF Immobilier, Crédit Agricole Assurances and DCB Partners.
With its resolutely contemporary architecture putting major emphasis on plants and nature, Adely should, as a minimum, obtain the BREEAM Very Good international certification, a global benchmark for sustainable construction. The buildings feature a high-performance thermal shell composed of reinforced external insulation and innovative siding covering a load-bearing concrete structure. Moreover, an ecological material called Néolife, composed of French-sourced sawdust and using only organic bonding agents, was used on the façades and terraces.
