Guillaume Oreckin is appointed Chief Executive Officer of Pacifica and second effective leader of Crédit Agricole Assurances

The Boards of Directors of Crédit Agricole Assurances and its subsidiary Pacifica, which met today, have approved the appointment of Guillaume Oreckin as Chief Executive Officer of Pacifica and as second effective leader of Crédit Agricole Assurances. 

Guillaume Oreckin is currently Head of International Insurance at Crédit Agricole Assurances. He takes over from Thierry Langreney, who retired on 30 September.

This appointment is effective from 17 January 2022.
 

 

Biografy of Guillaume Oreckin

Guillaume Oreckin began his career in 1990 in the insurance department of Sema Group. In 1992 he joined management consulting firm KPMG Peat Marwick (acquired by the CSC Group in 1998) and helped to create the insurance division. Named a partner in 1999 and then a member of the operations committee of CSC France in 2006, he headed up the firm’s consulting and insurance activity. Guillaume Oreckin joined the Crédit Agricole Group in 2007 as Deputy CEO of Pacifica, initially in charge of operations and from 2013 in charge of development. In 2017, Guillaume Oreckin was appointed Head of International Insurance at Crédit Agricole Assurances.

Guillaume Oreckin is 56 and is a graduate of HEC Paris.
