Eurosic, ACM Vie SA and Crédit Agricole Assurances finalise the acquisition of 14 rue de Londres in Paris’ 9th arrondissement
Following a tender process organised by the City of Paris, Eurosic, ACM Vie SA and Crédit Agricole Assurances – through its subsidiary Predica – have acquired the building at 14 rue de Londres in Paris’ 9th arrondissement from the Paris region public land development agency (EPFIF). This real estate complex, with a building of around 5,800 sq.m, is vacant.
“Following the operations for Laffitte-La Fayette (Paris 9th), Rue Euler (Paris 8th) and Rue Laborde (Paris 8th), through this acquisition Eurosic is moving forward with its investment partnership launched in 2012 with ACM Vie SA and Crédit Agricole Assurances, focusing on redevelopment operations in Paris. Thanks to its leading location in an increasingly dynamic and attractive commercial district, this asset will be fully redeveloped to make it a prime building in line with the current market’s best standards, making it possible to attract dynamic businesses, particularly from the net economy sector”, confirms Adrien Blanc, Eurosic’s Chief Investment Officer.
On this transaction, the buyers were advised by the notary’s office Wargny Katz.
