Myriam Couillaud
Head of Human Resources at Crédit Agricole Assurances
After several years in recruitment firms, Myriam Couillaud joined telecom equipment manufacturer Lucent as Head of Training and Recruitment, subsequently becoming Head of Human Resources for France.
In 2005, she joined the Accenture Group as Head of Human Resources for France, gaining responsibility for Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Mauritius in 2011. In 2013, she was appointed Head of Human Resources for France/Continental Europe at the HSBC Group, with responsibility for 14 countries. Myriam Couillaud has been Head of Human Resources at Crédit Agricole Assurances since April 2021. She is a graduate of ESCP Europe, and also holds a B.A. Hons degree in European Business Administration from the University Of Central Lancashire (Preston, UK), in addition to an undergraduate diploma (DUT) in Marketing Techniques.
