CSolidaire – our in-house solidarity programme to support employee participation in public-interest actions – received an Argus d’Or award in the “Entreprise citoyenne” (“Civic-Minded Company”) category. This 17th edition of the Argus d’Or award ceremony, sponsored by L’Argus de l’Assurance magazine,  was held online on 8 June 2021. Each year, it rewards the best innovations in insurance by presenting awards in 13 categories.

An "Argus d’Or" for our in-house solidarity programme!

CSolidaire is a unique social commitment programme created for Crédit Agricole Assurances employees involved in associations and other public-interest organisations. This genuine social innovation initiative makes valuable contributions to associations, provides concrete opportunities for employee participation, and reflects our commitment to society.

From skills volunteering to tutoring, mentoring, and solidarity leave, many specially selected and geolocated missions are offered to employees via the platform.

Since its launch in March 2020, more than 300 employees have registered on the CSolidaire platform and 80 have already signed up despite the health crisis context and the different lockdown restrictions.

This is the second Argus d’Or award won by Crédit Agricole Assurances after the success in 2019 of the “Stop Illettrisme” (Stop Illiteracy) programme, which will be relaunched as soon as the context allows.
