Crédit Agricole Assicurazioni and Crédit Agricole Vita have launched a new application which has been designed to become their customers’ primary digital point of contact, enabling Crédit Agricole’s Italian policyholders to take out and manage their life, general and personal risk insurance policies in complete independence. This application also includes innovative features including the payment of additional premiums into savings policies, and calls for immediate assistance via an “SOS” button in the event of an accident. The launch of this application is part of Crédit Agricole Assurances’ digital development strategy in Italy.
