Emmanuelle Yannakis appointed Secretary General of Crédit Agricole Assurances

Emmanuelle Yannakis began her career in 1995 as a tax specialist with the law firm SG Archibald, before joining the auditor Arthur Andersen, where she spent seven years as a financial auditor within the division in charge of credit and financial institutions

She joined the Crédit Agricole S.A. Group in June 2002, as Head of Investor Relations with the Financial Management Department. In January 2005, she was appointed as Pacifica’s Chief Financial Officer, before heading up accounting and consolidation within the Group Finance Division from June 2008.

Emmanuelle Yannakis, 43, has a postgraduate DESS in corporate tax (Paris-Dauphine), a postgraduate DEA in commercial law (Panthéon-Assas) and is a certified professional lawyer (CAPA) with the Paris bar.

From 3 February 2014, Emmanuelle Yannakis will be replacing Henri K.H. Tran as Secretary General of Crédit Agricole Assurances and joining the Executive Committee, chaired by Jérôme Grivet.

Henri K.H Tran has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Crédit Agricole Capital Investissement & Finance and its subsidiary Sodica.
