Cushman & Wakefield handle the transaction between Wereldhave and Crédit Agricole Assurances for the Carré Vert building

Wereldhave, a Dutch investment firm specialised in commercial real estate in Europe, is selling the Carré Vert building in Levallois-Perret to Crédit Agricole Assurances, assisted by Crédit Agricole Immobilier Investors.

This 20,637 sq.m complex, fully let to EDF, is built around a vast landscaped park. It is an outstanding business campus thanks to its organisation and functional design.

This transaction has been handled by Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team under a co-exclusive listing agreement with Jones Lang Lasalle.

Crédit Agricole Assurances has been advised by the notary’s office Oudot and the law firm White and Caseet, while Wereldhave has been advised by the law firm Allez et Associés.
