Release for availability of the 2015 Registration Document of Crédit Agricole Assurances

Credit Agricole Assurances would like to announce that its 2015 Registration Document was filed with the AMF (French Securities Regulator) on June 2nd, 2016.
The 2015 Registration Document includes:
- the annual financial report,
- the report of the Chairman on Corporate Governance and internal control and risk management procedures together with the Statutory Auditors’ report on this subject,
- the information concerning the fees paid to the Statutory Auditors.
The 2015 Registration Document is available for public consultation free of charge in accordance with current regulation and may be consulted on Crédit Agricole Assurances’ website (http://www.ca-assurances.com/en/investors) and on AMF’s website.
