Laurent Cazelles has been Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole de Lorraine since October 2020. He has spent most of his career with the Crédit Agricole Group, first joining the Financial Operations – Capital Markets Division of Caisse Nationale de Crédit Agricole in 1994. In 2001, Laurent Cazelles joined the Finance Department at Prédica — the Crédit Agricole Group’s life insurance company — and became Head of Investments and Financial Management in 2005. In 2008, he was appointed Head of Finance and Commitments and Head of Marketing at Centre-Loire Regional Bank. In 2012, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of  Anjou and Maine Regional Bank, and then of Toulouse 31 Regional Bank in 2017. In January 2019, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance France, also becoming a member of the Executive Committee and Second Executive Director of CA Consumer Finance. Laurent Cazelles is a graduate of Télécom Bretagne and holds a Master’s degree in International Finance from HEC and a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in International Taxation from HEC-Paris XI.
