Alain Roussel has been Head of Crédit Agricole Assurances Prévoyance Emprunteur (CAAPE) since 2018.
Alain Roussel began his career at Société Générale in 1991 before joining Accenture’s Strategy division in 1994, where he specialised in assignments focused on the strategy and organisation of retail banking and insurance activities in France and around the world. In 2003, he joined MMA when it set up its banking business, serving as Deputy Director for the project. He joined Crédit Agricole group in 2006 in the Strategy division where he notably worked on the acquisitions of Capriparma and Friuladria. In 2009, he became Head of Development and Marketing at CACI, the payment protection insurance subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Assurances, before being appointed Head of Retail Banking and Death & Disability Insurance at Predica in 2015. Alain Roussel is a graduate of ESSEC Business School.
