RENEWABLE ENERGY

As the leading institutional investor in renewable energies,

CAA is committed to increasing its renewable energy investments between 2020 and 2025 to help finance an installed capacity of 14 GW by 2025 (equivalent to the average annual consumption of more than 5 million French households). By the end of 2023, our contribution helped to achieve a total installed capacity of 13.5 GW.

HEALTH/SUCCESSFUL AGEING

CAA is actively engaged in the health and successful ageing sectors.

We are investing in the development of “Ages & Vie” senior residences throughout France. This original and inclusive model of collective housing for senior citizens offers a secure living environment on a human scale.

Launched in 2019, our current goal is to open 300 homes by 2025.

AGRI-FOOD INDUSTRY

Since 2018, CAA has been a shareholder in Semmaris, the operator of Rungis, the wholesale “market of national interest”. Rungis is a major contributor to the Ile-de-France regional economy and to the national economy as a whole, while also providing significant support for the development of the French agri-food industry.

Verbatims

“To help decarbonise our economy, CAA is investing in the energy transition.

In 2023, we made a major investment in Verkor, an ambitious gigafactory project located in France, which aims to relocate the manufacture of low-carbon batteries for electric vehicles in France and Europe. Our aim is to contribute to green mobility while developing a new strategic French industrial sector to complement our significant investments in renewable energy generation.”
